Leagues and platforms
Which fantasy platforms does SnapGM work with?
Yahoo, Sleeper, ESPN, MyFantasyLeague (MFL) and Fantrax. Connect them during setup or later in Settings. Yahoo and ESPN use their own sign-in pages, Sleeper just needs your username, and MFL and Fantrax leagues can be added by league ID. Many public leagues can also be added with just their league ID or link, with no login at all.
My league is on another site. Can I still use SnapGM?
Yes. Take screenshots of your roster in any fantasy app and share them to SnapGM, or pick them in the app, and it reads the players for you on your iPhone. You can also build a roster by hand in about a minute. Manual leagues get the same lineup checks; you make the moves in your league's app and tap Mark done.
Why does DO IT sometimes open another app?
Some platforms don't let outside apps change lineups or make claims. For those, SnapGM opens the right screen in that platform's app, you make the move there, and SnapGM re-reads your roster to confirm it worked. Where a platform allows it, Pro can make the move for you in one tap.
Will SnapGM ever change my team without asking?
No. SnapGM only suggests moves until you approve one. Before it makes an approved move it re-checks your roster and the player's status, and afterwards it confirms the change stuck.
A league says it needs to reconnect.
Platforms sometimes expire logins, for example after a password change. Open Settings, tap the platform, and tap Reconnect. Your leagues and history stay put.
How do I disconnect a platform?
Settings, tap the platform, then Disconnect. That deletes the stored login, its leagues and their suggestions from SnapGM.
The Assistant
Why can't I chat with the Assistant?
Chat runs on Apple Intelligence, on your iPhone. It needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings; the model may also need a few minutes to download the first time. On other iPhones the Assistant tab offers quick checks straight from your leagues instead.
Are my questions sent anywhere?
No. Questions and answers stay on your iPhone and aren't saved. The Assistant only reads your league data from SnapGM, the same way the rest of the app does.
SnapGM Pro
What does Pro include, and what does it cost?
Pro unlocks every league, one-tap DO IT, every waiver suggestion, the unlimited Assistant, player search and Player Radar, Sunday emergency alerts, and removes ads. It's $4.99 a month, or $24.99 a year with the Season Pass (58% less than paying monthly for a year). New subscribers can try it free for 7 days.
I subscribed, but Pro isn't unlocked.
Open Settings in SnapGM, tap "Go Pro — no ads", and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with. If it's still locked, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose SnapGM, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I stop personalized ads?
Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn SnapGM off. You'll see the same number of ads, just less personalized. SnapGM Pro removes ads completely.
Your account
I got a new iPhone. How do I get my leagues back?
Install SnapGM and sign in with the same Apple ID. Your leagues, settings and Pro status come right back.
How do I delete my account?
Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and everything SnapGM stored for you. It doesn't cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that first if you have one.
What data does SnapGM keep?
Everything is spelled out in our Privacy Policy, including what's encrypted, what stays on your iPhone, and how to delete it.
